Introduction
Medical Intuitive Solutions is a professional medical intuition service with many years of experience specialising in medical intuition and other forms of energetic healing. We value our relationship with our clients and believe that such relationships are part of the healing process.
We believe that all individuals are unique and as such, we believe in a wellness model that empowers our clients by assisting them to change destructive patterns in their life and make choices which will assist each individual client to achieve the best possible outcome in their health and wellbeing.
Please Note
As a integral part of receiving medical intuitive consultative services from Medical Intuitive Solutions, you will be asked to agree to the following polices, terms and conditions at the point of creating an online booking prior to paying for any service provided by Medical Intuitive Solutions.
If you have not used the online booking system to make a appointment and pay for a service with Medical Intuitive Solutions, these polices, terms and conditions that have been made public and accessible to all, will take precedence over any other discussions, arrangements or agreements made by Medical Intuitive Solutions .

Client's Rights (Your Rights)
The client may ask questions on what to expect in their consultation and the likely outcomes.
The client may decline to proceed with the consultation at any time during the consultation with the understanding that this may affect the outcome of the consultation.
In some situations, the medical intuitive may choose to terminate the consultation. Should this occur, the client will receive a full refund of the cost of the consultation.
The client has the right to review his or her records from the medical intuitive within 1 business day of request.
Client's right to confidentiality (Your Rights)
Within the limits provided by law, all records and/or information acquired by the medical intuitive in relation to the client, shall be stored securely in accordance with the requirements of a professional client practitioner relationship, be treated as strictly private and confidential, and only be made available to any person, agency, or organisation with the express written consent of the client.
The client may, during or after a consultation, raise any concerns with the medical intuitive by telephone at a time convenient to both parties.
Cancellation and Refunds
If your cancellation is at least 24 hours in advance of your consultation, you will receive a full refund from Medical Intuitive Solutions.
If your cancellation is less than 24 hours in advance, you will receive a refund of 75% of the original cost of your booking or alternatively, a credit for the full amount to attend a consultation which must be booked and used within 90 days from the date of your original booking.

Medical Intuitive Solutions Disclaimer
I understand that Faye Baxter is not a medical doctor and claims no formal training in medicine, nutrition or Psychology. I understand that any health report is based solely on her skill and intuition and does not replace nor substitute the need for Medical or Alternative Health Services or tests to confirm or treat medical or emotional conditions.
I further understand that Faye Baxter is not qualified to prescribe medication, or to advise me to cease medical treatment, or to undertake any treatment, and that any decision to alter or add to my health treatment plan is my decision entirely.
If I am under medical care for a health condition, or taking prescribed medications, I understand that I should discuss any changes in my health care routine with my Health care practitioner before I commence any changes to my medications, supplements or diet.
Any actions taken or changes in health routine as a result of information given to me during this clinic are undertaken entirely at my own risk.
Wellbeing Statement
As a part of your schedule appointment you will be required to inform Medical Intuitive Solutions of your wellbeing prior to the commencement of your consultation. To assist you and us with this necessary formality we have prepared the following document.
